Privacy Policy

ReelsPilot ("ReelsPilot", "we", "us") is an online service at reelspilot.com that generates short vertical videos with AI and, if you choose, publishes them to social media accounts you connect. ReelsPilot is operated by Fahri Alperen Kocakaplan, a sole proprietor based in Çivril, Denizli, Türkiye, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

1. Data we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
• Content you create — your series settings (topic, language, voice, style, schedule), the scripts, images, voiceovers and videos generated for you, and any custom topic text you type.
• Connected social accounts — if you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram: the account ID, display name, avatar and the access/refresh tokens the platform issues to us. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Reviews — if you choose to leave a review: your rating, review text and the name/channel you enter. We publish it on our website only after review and remove it on request.
• Billing data — payments are processed by our merchant of record (payment partner). We receive your plan, subscription status and the email used at checkout; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs kept for security and debugging, and two cookies: a signed session cookie (keeps you logged in) and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use data

• To create and deliver the videos you request and to run the schedule you set.
• To publish a video to a social account only when you have connected that account and asked us to publish (manually or through an active autopilot schedule you enabled).
• To operate your account, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and provide support.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use your content or connected-account data to train AI models.

3. Google, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram data

ReelsPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect YouTube, ReelsPilot uses YouTube API Services; by connecting you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. We request only the permissions needed to upload videos you choose to publish and to show which channel is connected.

Data from TikTok and Instagram (Meta) is likewise used only to identify the connected account and publish the videos you request, under those platforms' developer terms.

You can disconnect any social account at any time on your ReelsPilot dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke access from the platform: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, TikTok under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions, and Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf to run the service:

• Google Sign-In — authentication;
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — script and image generation;
• Anthropic Claude — Claude Motion design, when that feature is used;
• Creem — automated prompt moderation;
• YouTube and Instagram APIs — publishing only when you connect those accounts;
• Resend — transactional account, video and subscription emails;
• ElevenLabs — voiceover generation (receives the script text only);
• Hetzner — server hosting (Germany); Cloudflare — DNS, network security and delivery;
• Our merchant of record — payments, taxes and invoicing.

We do not sell personal data. You can request deletion using the data deletion flow or by emailing [email protected].

Music comes from a licensed library or is provided by users.

Some providers process data outside Türkiye (in the EU and the US). We rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

5. Retention

Account data and your videos are kept while your account is active. Generated video files may be removed after 90 days to save storage; download anything you want to keep. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your account data, series, videos and stored tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices kept by the payment provider).

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. To delete everything, use Delete account on your dashboard, or email [email protected] from your account email. See Data deletion instructions. Residents of Türkiye have rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698); residents of the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

ReelsPilot is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, social-account tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to the server is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
