Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of ReelsPilot at reelspilot.com, operated by Fahri Alperen Kocakaplan, a sole proprietor based in Çivril, Denizli, Türkiye ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. ReelsPilot is independent and not affiliated with the model providers it uses. Outputs may be inaccurate; review them before publishing.

1. The service

ReelsPilot generates short videos with AI (script, voiceover, images, music, captions) based on the settings you choose, and can publish them to social accounts you connect. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing videos before or after they are published.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Payments in USD are processed by our payment partner, acting as Merchant of Record, which handles payments, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled anytime in the billing portal. Quotas and refunds are described in our Refund Policy; failed generations do not count.

4. Your content and rights

Subject to these terms and the third-party terms below, you own the videos generated for you and may use them commercially, including on monetized channels. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and publish your content only to provide the service. We may show anonymised examples only with your permission. Generated media may carry invisible AI watermarks (e.g. Google SynthID), and you should follow each platform's rules on labelling AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ReelsPilot to create or publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, that impersonates real people, spreads harmful misinformation, infringes others' rights, or violates the rules of the platform you publish to. We may refuse to generate, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable Use Policy: nudity or sexually explicit or suggestive (NSFW) content; sexualising or involving minors; deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation of real people; hate or harassment; glorifying violence, terrorism or self-harm; illegal activity; copyright or trademark infringement; political disinformation, election manipulation or fraud; spam; and bypassing safety controls are prohibited. Prompts are automatically screened before generation. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund for the period used; illegal content may be reported.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram you authorise us to publish videos on your behalf as you instruct. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as reach, monetisation, strikes or account restrictions. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will refund any prepaid unused period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The English version prevails over translations.
